Remove the spaces and add the symbols instead of the words to use the addresses.

I’d prefer you to use the adamsweet.org address, but the Yahoo address is a static target in the event of any hosting changes.

On Google Talk I am adamsweet at gmail dot com (remove the spaces and so on) and on Jabber I am adam dot sweet at jabber dot org, but it would be helpful if I knew who you were.
