Audio Previews in Nautilus and Now I Know

Posted on 17/09/2006 by Adam

Yes, thanks to Stuart Langridge, I now have audio previews in Nautilus, the Gnome file browser.

It turns out that, according to this comment, the key to audio previews in Nautilus, is Sox. I didn’t know that and nothing about the sox entry in my package manager, be it apt or Synaptic, suggested that this might be the case.

So, thanks for that 🙂
